  • We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join our dynamic Portfolio and Accountability Management (P&AM) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting senior management and Change & Transformation Leads by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful analysis and reporting on the performance of a project portfolio.

responsibilities :


  • Design, build, and manage reporting solutions, manipulating and analyzing large datasets using advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
  • Collaborate with the P&AM team to identify and implement process automation and improvements.
  • Provide administrative support and management for tools such as Clarity and SharePoint.
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting cycles, using standard tooling and project management best practices.
  • Assist with resource management, financial tracking, and project planning activities as required.

requirements-expected :


  • Advanced data analysis experience with expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) to produce portfolio/program performance analysis and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Portfolio/Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and best practices, with proven experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work at pace, meet challenging deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset – challenge conventional approaches and simplify processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
  • Proficiency in English at a business level.
