Support procurement activities by initiating and tracking spend requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
Assist with resourcing processes, including raising and monitoring headcount requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
Monitor program expenditure against budgets, track actuals and forecasts, and provide management reporting.
Track workforce demand and utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Maintain accurate data in PMO tools, such as financial forecasts and headcount plans.
Contribute to the preparation of program reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including the program management office, procurement, finance, workforce management, and technical delivery teams.

Experience in providing PMO support within a global organization.
Hands-on experience with procurement and workforce management processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.
Proven ability to track and manage project financials effectively.
Background in Financial Services and/or Technology functions.
Strong proficiency in managing and reporting on large data sets.
Advanced skills in PMO tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity (or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
