As a PMO Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking large-scale transformation and change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance. You will be supporting key programmes and portfolios by analysing project performance, maintaining governance standards, and ensuring accurate reporting to senior stakeholders. The role involves working closely with Change and Transformation Leads, Programme Managers, and senior executives to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

responsibilities :
Supporting portfolio and programme governance processes
Producing and maintaining performance dashboards and analytical reports
Gathering, analysing, and interpreting project data for insights and trends
Maintaining project documentation, registers, and reports in PMO tools
Assisting with project planning, resource tracking, and milestone monitoring
Providing guidance and basic support to project teams on PMO tools and methodologies
Coordinating meetings, reporting cycles, and governance submissions
Communicating performance insights to senior stakeholders
Ensuring adherence to established PMO standards and frameworks
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process simplification
requirements-expected :
Advanced data analysis experience with expert knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables and Power Query
Strong understanding of Portfolio and Project Management frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile
Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Clarity PPM or MS Project
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
Proven stakeholder management experience at senior levels
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Full professional proficiency in English
