responsibilities :


  • We are seeking a high-calibre, self-motivated PMO to join the Data Change Centre of Excellence. This role supports all pillars of our data strategy and plays a key part in ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery standards across the portfolio.
  • Support Programme Manager to deliver business plans within agreed cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Monitor and escalate RAID items to resolution.
  • Manage governance arrangements in line with the Change Framework.
  • Track and report delivery budgets and expenditure during monthly portfolio governance meetings.
  • Review Change Requests for Data Control Forum and prepare business cases for Triage reporting.
  • Conduct weekly sponsor connects and prepare governance materials.
  • Track benefits and OKRs against committed targets.
  • Ensure quality reporting on delivery status, milestones, RAIDs, and OKRs.
  • Implement delivery standards and perform quality assurance checks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation and process sources.
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and support delivery setup and closure.
  • Act as SME for Change Framework, providing advice, communication, and training.
  • Promote agile ways of working and advise on tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and templates.
  • Record and cascade governance forum minutes and actions.

requirements-expected :


  • 5–8 years of experience in a PMO role.
  • Experience in data-related change, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with corporate standards and processes is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across IT and Business stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and coordinate multiple projects and workstream data.
  • Experience in designing and implementing process improvements at portfolio or programme level.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
