We are now seeking a high calibre professional and self-motivated PMO to join our Clients team.
PMO will be responsible for ensuring project and programme governance, metrics and reporting are maintained to standard across the Clients company portfolio. PMO will provide independent assurance and challenge to ensure change is delivered safely.
responsibilities :
Supporting the Programme Manager to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives
RAID monitoring and escalation to successful resolution
Monitoring, reporting and managing delivery budgets and expenditure
Proactively tracking benefits and OKRs against committed targets
Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources
Providing support for delivery setup, on-going tracking and closure activities. Act as the independent facilitator for delivery post implementation review
Acting as the Change Framework SME, providing advice, managing all internal communications and promoting / delivering training for the deployment of methodology changes provided by Client’s Change Framework
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Providing expertise and best practice on agile ways of working
Providing advice on agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Recording and cascading governance forum minutes and actions
requirements-expected :
Min. 5 years of experience in a PMO role
Experience of working in data-related change, preferably within financial services is preferred
Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc) is essential
Experience with agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Proven ability to influence, and build relationships with stakeholders (IT and Business) at all levels across within a global matrix organisation model
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to co-ordinate and analyse multiple project and work stream data
Proven experience of designing and implementing process improvement at Portfolios or Programmes.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
