Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, ensure standardization and consistency in project execution across all OP excellence initiatives;
• Prepare executive dashboards and progress (KPIs, APSS);
• Responsible for Autoliv Production System Assessment report;
• Facilitate project portfolio reviews & APS best practice sharing meetings;
• Enable and support a culture of best practice sharing through driving out waste and variability and the creation of a proactive improvement culture.

Business Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA a bonus)
• Experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Operational excellence
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.)
