Role Description

Our Client is seeking a proactive and motivated Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join their Team, based in Kraków. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects and programmes within the data portfolio adhere to consistent governance, reporting, and assurance standards, delivering change in a safe, effective, and transparent manner.

The successful candidate will take ownership of defining and implementing fit-for-purpose methodologies, processes, and tooling. Close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, from managers to senior leaders, is essential to maintain alignment, accountability, and measurable delivery outcomes. The initial focus will be on a high-profile regulatory data transformation programme within our global portfolio.

    • Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably within data, analytics, or transformation initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, change management, and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
    • Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
    • Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting within complex programmes.
    • Ability to lead documentation, quality assurance, and lessons-learned processes.
    • Motivational leadership skills with a strong sense of accountability for delivery and reporting.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
