About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the procurement transformation program. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in project coordination and governance, preferably in large-scale ERP environments. This role is critical in ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, project transparency, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Governance
- Support end-to-end project management activities for procurement-related SAP S/4HANA modules
- Ensure cross-regional coordination of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards
- Monitor progress against milestones and proactively escalatie risks or delays
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communication between procurement, solution, and business stakeholders across regions
- Organize and support operational committees, working groups, and project meetings
- Capture stakeholder feedback and integrate it into project planning and execution
Execution Support
- Track and manage change requests, testing activities, and issue resolution
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance with project standards
- Support data migration activities, including validation and exception handling
- Assist in preparing training materials and coordinating end‑user training sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in PMO or project coordination roles within large‑scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Familiarity with procurement processes and systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across regions
- High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
