responsibilities :
Lead local rollout of a media planning platform
Coordinate onboarding: configuration, client structure, user access
Act as first point of contact for local users
Deliver trainings and demos
Support discovery, process mapping, and change management with global teams
Maintain documentation, governance, and project plans
Support UAT and hypercare
Collect feedback and drive improvements
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience in PM / PMO / implementation roles
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Change management mindset
Tech-savvy (platform configuration, data flows, integrations – no coding)
Knowledge of media planning, buying, and reporting processes
