Project Manager with Spanish
Location: remote + onsite meetings in Madrid (Preferably a candidate residing in Madrid)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the IT sector and the insurance industry. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting a client from Spain in the process of selecting a new system for the insurance business, followed by coordinating its implementation and integration. The role requires the ability to work in an international environment, direct collaboration with business stakeholders, and a high level of independence and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a project related to the selection and implementation of a new insurance system.
- Coordinating the work of vendors, internal teams, and client-side stakeholders.
- Managing the project schedule, risks, budget, and communication.
- Participating in analytical processes related to business requirements and system integrations.
- Ensuring high quality of deliverables and timely achievement of project objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a IT Project Manager.
- Very good command of Spanish and English (work in an international environment).
- Experience in the insurance industry; knowledge of corporate insurance, sales processes, and risk assessment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business to Madrid; candidates residing in Spain are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
