PM / Service Delivery Manager (with French) Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Technologies we use Optional Java Spring Boot Angular-based frameworks Oracle PostgreSQL REST APIs Kafka About the project We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to join a high-impact international project delivered for a major European public-sector organization. The project involves long-term IT outsourcing in a managed service and agile development model, supporting large-scale digital platforms used across multiple European countries. These systems operate in a complex, regulated environment and require continuous development, modernization, and high service reliability. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary international teams, and ensuring operational excellence across maintenance and development streams. This role combines strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement in a mission-critical ecosystem. Your responsibilities Manage IT services delivered in a managed service and agile development model Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across development and maintenance streams Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including international clients Monitor and manage SLA and KPI performance Oversee evolutive and corrective maintenance activities Prioritize and coordinate parallel development streams Drive continuous service improvement initiatives Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery Support modernization initiatives and supervise implementation of security and audit findings Collaborate with technical teams working in a microservices and cloud-native architecture Our requirements Minimum 5 years of documented experience in IT service management or IT project management Proven experience in: a) coordinating multidisciplinary teams b) stakeholder management c) SLA and KPI management d) continuous service improvement in complex environments e) coordinating and prioritizing parallel workstreams Fluent English (min. B2, spoken and written) Fluent French (min.
