Refine, document, and oversee digital compliance processes to ensure consistent alignment with legal, privacy, and IT security requirements.
Act as the operational process owner for the Digital Compliance Process and its subprocesses.
Serve as the main point of contact for the Solution Review Board process — coordinating meetings, reviewing documentation, and providing compliance guidance.
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure smooth collaboration and understanding of compliance needs.
Monitor digital compliance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Ensure that all digital solutions comply with internal standards, corporate policies, and external regulations.
Support internal stakeholders by reviewing IT contracts, terms, and conditions.
Provide advice and assistance in navigating compliance processes and approvals.
Support the development and delivery of internal training sessions to strengthen digital compliance awareness.
Contribute to internal communications by preparing articles and managing knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Stay up to date with evolving laws, regulations, and best practices in digital compliance.
Proactively recommend improvements to ensure the organization remains a leader in compliance standards.
Our requirements
Solid understanding of digital compliance processes, data privacy, and IT security principles.
Experience in process management and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Previous experience working in an IT or digital compliance environment.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, or data governance.
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
