We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead diverse projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management and business analysis experience. You will be responsible for planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, budgeting, motivating and guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication.

A strong understanding of software development processes such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is essential, along with proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to changes.

Project Management Skills:

Gathering and Analysis:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as:
  • Functional and non-functional requirements.
  • User stories and use cases.
  • Business process models and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
  • Facilitate clear communication to ensure requirements are understood by all parties.

Time Management and Adaptability:

  • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously
