PLU Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Controls all the PLU (product codes ) for all the customer products , no new product can start production in Boning hall , offal , cpm , retail departments with a PLU .
• Linked to point 1 this person ensures that there is an agreed written specification in place before PLU is released .
• Updates the shared drive library with all the customer specs .
• All weekly customer complaints are sent to this person, who uploads them onto company platform and then a weekly report is produced for a weekly call to go through this with all the sites .
• This person also assists sites in producing new specs helping with pics and label details .
• Helps IT to produce new product labels for customers .
• Ensures all control blocks on the scanning system are in place to reduce / prevent mistakes happening .

Our requirements

• Experience in working with product codes and product labels within manufacturing business
• Experience with dealing with customers and their requirements
• Attention to details
• English language practical knowledge (B level minimum)
• Good IT software skills (min. Ms Excel)
