Within his/her functional area, the PLM Solution Specialist role of the Product Structure/Bill of Material Product team is responsible to support the R&D units with the creation and release of production data. He/She contributes to and executes PLM projects with METTLER TOLEDO subsidiaries and drives and manages the following activities :

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Ability to communicate across different teams (i.e., R&D, Operations),
- Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies, high problem solving ability,
- Excellent team player capabilities and communication skills,
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends,
- Good knowledge of PLM systems, CAD tools or ERP system is a plus.

,[Support of end-to-end solution from the creation of a Product Structure to the management and release of Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs,, Provide tier 2 support (troubleshooting and resolving issues) in close collaboration with the power users (tier 1) in the units,, Identify areas for improvement with regards to functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness and robustness of the solutions,, Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks, collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business Analyst,, Maintain the necessary documentation to make the power users self-sufficient (i.e. user manual, process documentation),, Maintain and execute test scripts,, Support enhancement and upgrade projects during all phases until delivery to production.
