responsibilities :

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owner and Development team to gather and refine PLM-related user stories and functional requirements to support technical implementation
Map user stories to Functional Requirements and ensure alignment with business process documentation
Assist in authoring test scripts and test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities to ensure system functionality meets business expectations
Analyze existing workflows and propose system improvements
Configure Aras Innovator to align with business processes (lifecycle, workflows, permissions, etc.)
Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams on resolution
Support regular system updates and rollout of new features/modules

requirements-expected :

2–4 years of experience working with Aras Innovator or other PLM systems in a functional or business analyst role
Good understanding of core PLM concepts (e.g. Parts, BOMs, ECOs, CAD data management)
Experience with Aras configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, permissions, data modeling)
Knowledge of C# and SQL
Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
Knowledge of Scrum / Agile practices
Ability to collect and document requirements and translate them into system functionality
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Passion for continuous learning and improvement
