• Collaboration with team members, developing and implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the Lead.
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
• Understanding and experience of broader Finance Technology world.

• Experience in Java/Guidewire / FADATA development - must have.
• Understanding of any JVM technologies or surrounding ecosystem (e.g. Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, any Application Server, any Enterprise Messaging System).
• Awareness of good coding practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns).
• SAP General Ledger (FI/CO), Tagetik, SAP FS-CD.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills in software development.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Good knowledge of German languages (B2 minimum) - must have.
