This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and you will join our FCP Platform and Support Team (PLS) within the AML Program. We pursue the important mission to fight financial crime in collaboration with a wide range of Danish banks. The AML program is built around 6 teams focused on delivering features to our customers in the field of AML and offering technical solution and platform support.
The PLS team consists of 15 specialized and passionate people owning, supporting, and maintaining two platforms for our Financial Crime Prevention solution: Firco for transaction sanction screening and SAS AML focusing on transaction monitoring, customer screening and KYC.
The role as Senior System/Platform Engineer offers the possibility to work closely together with the other teams in the AML program, our AML banks, and our vendors, primarily LRNS and SAS Institute. Our team is the central nerve in the AML program and if you want to be part of maintaining and strengthen the foundation of the FCP Platforms we are the team to join.
We are split between Roskilde/Denmark and Warsaw with the majority working out of the Warsaw office. The atmosphere is informal, and we prioritize social activities, having fun and supporting each other to succeed as a team. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Maria Ihle Sørensen.
responsibilities :
Technical onboarding of new customers our Sanction Screening platform
Oversee maintenance releases, upgrades and hot fixes as required
Executing change control and promotions activities
Securing high platform stability by setting up monitoring based on automation
Establish best practices and guidelines for usage of our Sanction Screening platform
Taking part in problem solving session with BEC colleagues and customers
requirements-expected :
3-5 years of experience from a similar position working with Application support, Implementation specialist, DevOps and Platform maintenance
Experience with writing PowerShell scripts, Elastic stack (ELK)
Experience with Windows server, IBM MQ, Jenkins, Artifactory is preferred
Preferably a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or another related field.
