Your tasks

• providing first-line technical and procedural support for the platform, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues
• manage and resolve user queries and issues promptly to minimize disruption and ensure seamless user experience
• escalate complex issues to appropriate teams within the Procurement Technology Team for further assistance
• document and track all support requests, maintaining detailed records of user interactions and resolutions
• conduct regular user training sessions and clinics to enhance users proficiency with the platform
• develop comprehensive training materials and resources to support user learning and system navigation
• address and clarify user questions during training sessions, ensuring clear understanding and effective use of the platform
• manage maverick contract uploads to the platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• create and manage technical contracts to enable efficient buying channels, including punchouts and catalogues
