What youll do

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive OT security platform strategy aligned with corporate objectives with support of the IT Product Manager. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for OT systems.
• Platform Coordination: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OT security platforms and tools. Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration of systems and processes. Act as the primary point of contact for OT security-related matters across all facilities.
• Incident Management: Collaborate with CyberSecurity teams and business stakeholders to resolve incidents in OT environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Be involved in root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Training and Awareness: Support the Corporate Information Security Awareness team to conduct training sessions for OT personnel on security best practices and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with IT security teams to align OT security measures with overall cybersecurity strategies. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on OT security performance and risks.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in OT security, industrial control systems (ICS), or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, SCADA), security frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST), and experience with OT security tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, asset management platforms).
• Experience in platform enhancements, scaling projects, and familiarity with cloud-based OT security solutions and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things).
• Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or CISM, with a background in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and German (advantageous), with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time, and up to 50% during transformational peak periods, across Germany, Poland, and Malaysia.
