We’re looking for an experienced Platform Engineering Manager to lead the team that designs, builds, and evolves the internal platforms powering software delivery. The platform our client provides automation, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and private-cloud patterns used by all development teams.

- Proven experience leading Platform Engineering teams.
- Strong background in automation, CI/CD, configuration management, and Linux systems (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience building private-cloud infrastructure patterns at enterprise scale.
- Excellent understanding of modern software delivery and secure configuration.
- Ability to translate technical vision into business impact.
- Experience using developer-experience or engineering-effectiveness metrics.
- Ability to lead both technically and strategically.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, fintech).
- Knowledge of developer platforms / internal developer portals (e.g., Backstage).
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and product-led platform practices.
- Understanding of secure delivery, risk management, and audit requirements.
