We are seeking proficient programmers to join our team focused on training our AI chatbots to code. You will work directly with the chatbots we are building, measuring their progress and writing as well as evaluating code. To be considered for this role, you will need proficiency in at least one programming language/framework, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, or Swift. You should be able to solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address these problems.

As part of the application process, you will need to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will have the opportunity to take on projects, and based on the quality of your work, youll continue to receive projects regularly. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5-20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours.

This is a full-time or part-time remote position. You will have the freedom to choose which projects to work on and can establish your own schedule. Projects are compensated hourly, starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work.
