Responsibilities



  • Implementation of CLM Software: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful deployment of contract lifecycle management software.

  • Contract Management: Initiate, negotiate, and sign contracts using CLM software, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Data and Analytics: Utilize CLM software data and analytics capabilities to monitor and analyze contract-related metrics and performance.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the deployment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including legal teams, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth and timely deployment of the software.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users of CLM software to ensure proper utilization and adoption.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all deployment activities, including contracts, processes, and troubleshooting steps.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically CLM.

  • Legal practice and background.

  • Ability to work across countries and time zones in a globally dispersed team.

  • In-depth understanding of SaaS solutions and contract management best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with work in SCRUM methodology.

  • Experience with Ironclad and ERP systems.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
