• Budżet: 26 000–30 000 zł / mc
• The Platform Cloud Administrator (Architect) will oversee the daily management of cloud administration for Electronic Data Capture (EDC),
• Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) solutions.
• This role is crucial for ensuring effective user administration and managing change requests to the application during and after deployment.

• Manage daily system administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance of EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
• Oversee user administration, including the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions.
• Facilitate the user account process setup to streamline onboarding and access for new users.
• Implement and maintain an Admin Manual to guide processes and procedures for cloud administration.
• Manage master data across clinical applications ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Set up and maintain global libraries to support data consistency and accessibility across studies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration or a similar role, with specific focus on EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
• Strong proficiency with cloud administration tools and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with user account management and access control.
• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical data management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
