Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Work Setup: 100% Remote work
Rate: 180 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)
Language: English (B2+ Required)
Start date: depending on candidate availability
responsibilities :
Define and lead the technical and architectural direction of the Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP), aligning with business objectives
Drive platform standardization, integration, and reuse of shared components
Collaborate with internal IT, external app teams, and cloud vendors (e.g., Microsoft) to ensure seamless integration and alignment
Support and consult Tech Leads, Product Owners, and development teams throughout the application lifecycle
Guide architecture runway in the Agile lifecycle, ensuring scalability, performance, and platform integrity
Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Edge) and position them strategically within ZF
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering design, Solution Design, or Architecture
5+ years of experience in the production/manufacturing domain or similar industries
5+ years of practical experience with PaaS, SaaS, and application integration
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and architecture design
Ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences using PowerPoint or similar tools
Skilled in facilitating technical discussions by breaking down complex problems into practical solutions
Proficient in Agile software development practices
Practical experience in cloud development, design, and implementation
Strong communication and presentation skills in English
Skilled in Agile development, problem-solving, and mentoring teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
