Project information:

• Location: Wroclaw, Poland
• Work Setup: 100% Remote work
• Rate: 180 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)
• Language: English (B2+ Required)
• Start date: depending on candidate availability

Project scope:

• Define and lead the technical and architectural direction of the Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP), aligning with business objectives
• Drive platform standardization, integration, and reuse of shared components
• Collaborate with internal IT, external app teams, and cloud vendors (e.g., Microsoft) to ensure seamless integration and alignment
• Support and consult Tech Leads, Product Owners, and development teams throughout the application lifecycle
• Guide architecture runway in the Agile lifecycle, ensuring scalability, performance, and platform integrity
• Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Edge) and position them strategically within ZF

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering design, Solution Design, or Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in the production/manufacturing domain or similar industries
• 5+ years of practical experience with PaaS, SaaS, and application integration
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and architecture design
• Ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences using PowerPoint or similar tools
• Skilled in facilitating technical discussions by breaking down complex problems into practical solutions
• Proficient in Agile software development practices
• Practical experience in cloud development, design, and implementation
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Skilled in Agile development, problem-solving, and mentoring teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
