Plant Utilities Engineer

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Valid SEP certificates – Supervision & Operation – Groups 1, 2, and 3.
• Knowledge of compressed air, water, oxygen, purification, and HVAC systems.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally with Kaizen/Lean principles.
• Familiarity with ETS (Emissions Trading System) and environmental regulations.
• Experience working with BMS and CMMS systems.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong understanding of HSE, work permits, and LOTO procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
