Location : near Kraków
Job Overview:
Responsible for establishing, improving, and streamlining quality processes across the organization, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and ongoing improvements. Act as the primary contact for quality-related matters and ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
Key duties include leading internal and external audits, analyzing quality metrics, and providing performance reports on the quality management system. Collaborate with various teams to foster a strong culture of quality awareness while driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (internal auditor certification preferred)
- Practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Master’s degree in a technical field ideally in chemistry or materials technology
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment in automotive industry
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in working directly with customers and suppliers
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

,[Develop and execute a quality action plan to achieve KPI targets and enable continuous improvement, including gathering and analyzing data and producing reports on key quality metrics., Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for customer complaints to protect customer interests and ensure lessons are learned., Lead internal rejection investigations and implement corrective measures., Manage supplier-related issues , Prioritize quality improvement actions based on the highest risk and the cost of non-quality., Create an internal audit schedule and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality., Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain certification., Support the development of new products and the qualification of new components from a quality perspective., Promote lean methodologies and support all initiatives aimed at improving quality on the shop floor., Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations within all quality processes.
