We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead our metal stamping facility in Oława, supplying components to the automotive sector (Tier 2). The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the plant, ensuring the achievement of operational, quality, safety, cost, and customer service targets.
The role reports directly to the Group General Management based in Spain and requires close collaboration with the other plants in the group to ensure strategic alignment and the implementation of best industrial practices.
Lead and coordinate all plant departments: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, and Finance.
Ensure compliance with key industrial KPIs: safety, quality, delivery performance, productivity, and cost.
Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing initiatives, and efficiency plans.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.).
Manage and develop the plant’s workforce, fostering a culture of responsibility, safety, and professional growth.
Maintain close communication with key customers and suppliers.
Prepare and manage the annual plant budget.
Collaborate with corporate headquarters in Spain and the group’s other plants to ensure operational and strategic coherence.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager) in industrial environments, preferably in metal stamping or related sectors.
Proven experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, industrial management, and continuous improvement.
Fluent Polish and English (mandatory). Knowledge of Spanish will be positively valued.
Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach.
Experience in team management and working within multinational environments.
Integration into an international industrial group in expansion.

Salary range: 26,000–35,000 PLN/month, depending on experience.
Performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the annual gross salary (to be negotiated).
