Job Summary
Develop, prepare, analyze, and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance. Develop customer profitability analysis to support the decision-making process. Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.). Document and train people on all Key Processes that support each of the main internal control cycles (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash). Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter. Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding company assets.

Scope
• This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and manages a team of one employee.
• Responsible for finance performance of the HPC site.
Main Activities
• Develop, prepare, analyze, and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance.
• Develop customer profitability analysis to support the decision-making process.
• Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.).
• Document and train people on all Key Processes that support each of the main internal control cycles (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash).
• Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.
• Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding company assets.
Accountability Including KPIs
• Guarantee the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of the sites financial information.
• Guarantee risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other Departments. Ensure efficiency of financial/administrative processes (quicker, more accurate, more relevant).
• Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team.
Profile (Experience & Qualifications)
Experience and Education:
• Experience in accounting/finance, minimum 5 years as Finance Controller.
• Experience with manual and automated accounting systems. Familiar with advanced finance tools in the global finance market, also familiar with closing factory.
• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree with a major in finance or accounting.
Knowledge/Technical Skills Required
• Knowledge of tax computations and processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Good written and oral English skills.
