Mission
To lead and manage all financial activities at plant level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning in alignment with Antolin’s global objectives. The Plant Financial Controller is responsible for driving financial performance, maintaining robust governance, supporting decision‑making, and safeguarding the company’s assets through effective accounting, budgeting, and reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct balance sheet reviews for financial years 2022, 2023, and 2024
- Manage fixed assets, including verification, reconciliation, and reporting support
- Oversee tooling accounting and reporting, ensuring proper classification, amortisation, and monitoring
- Track investments, oversee capitalisation, and provide financial analysis for ongoing and planned projects
- Provide operational support in the ERP system (SAP FI/CO) for postings, reconciliations, and month end closing
- Prepare the 2026 budget, working closely with departments on assumptions and consolidation
- Coordinate year end closing for 2025, including reconciliations and support during audit activities
- Manage taxes including VAT, CIT, withholding tax, equalisation tax, and other relevant tax obligations
- Prepare and submit GUS (Central Statistical Office) and other statutory reports
- Provide day to day operational and advisory support to the finance and accounting team
Qualifications and desired experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Experience in performing the role of Finance Manager or Financial Controller, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling
- Experience in audit preparation and working with external auditors
- Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations; familiarity with IFRS would be an advantage
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO)
- Ability to conduct financial analysis, budget planning, and prepare management reports
- Strong communication and advisory skills, with a willingness to provide operational support to the team
- Fluency in both Polish and English
