Our Client is an international manufacturing company from the industrial sector, with a stable position on the Polish and international market. Due to planned investments and intensive growth in the upcoming years, we are currently searching for a Plant Director who will join the Company. The Company is located in the north-eastern part of Poland (200 kms away from Warsaw).
As a Plant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all departments work efficiently and effectively to meet the company39s goals and maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for all operations activities and financial performance of the factory. For the upcoming years, the main goals are strengthening the local plant team, increasing capacity output through continuous improvement projects as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to prepare the site for further expansion and achieve the company39s long-term goals. You will also closely collaborate with an international headquarters.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in managing factories and manufacturing operations in an international environment. The candidate should have experience with P&L responsibility and need to demonstrate the ability to develop plant business plans, based on overall corporate goals and directives. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams is essential, along with strong line management and people skills. You should be able to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement within the factory. Strong financial acumen and experience of managing budgets is a must. Candidates need to speak English fluently and have the potential to step up and develop within the Company in the upcoming years.
