About the employer:

For our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Plant Controller to join their production facility team. The person in this role will support plant management in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the efficient operation of production processes.

Responsibilities:

• support plant management by providing financial analyses,
• prepare monthly forecasts for variable and fixed costs,
• assist in preparing budget data (variable and fixed costs, operational KPIs),
• conduct variance analysis and provide comments on results,
• monitor and update standard costs and verify BOMs in the ERP system,
• analyze and forecast inventory,
• monitor transportation costs and update logistics parameters,
• assist in preparing investment proposals (CAPEX).

Requirements:

• education in Finance or Accounting;
• very good command of English;
• knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing environment;
• experience with ERP systems;
• advanced Excel skills;
• strong communication and teamwork abilities;
• previous experience in a similar role within a production company is a plus.
