We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Financial Controller for our client, an international manufacturing company. This role involves active participation in budgeting processes, cost control, financial analysis, and process optimization within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the budgeting process and monitor its execution, including variance analysis
- Monitor and control production costs, and analyze efficiency indicators
- Calculate the technical cost of product manufacturing
- Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts for management
- Conduct profitability analyses of projects, products, and departments
- Optimize financial and controlling processes within the organization
- Support audit processes and liaise with external institutions (auditors, banks)
- Control and analyze cash flows
- Identify financial risks and develop recommendations to mitigate them
- Implement and ensure compliance with accounting and controlling policies
Requirements:
- University degree in finance, economics, or accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Excellent knowledge of financial, accounting, and tax regulations
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
- Communicative level of English (minimum B2)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Well-organized with strong teamwork skills
