The Global Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for orchestrating SC activities worldwide to guarantee reliable and secure delivery of medicines and vaccines while optimizing operational cost and working capital.
The Planning Operations & Excellence Director leads the Global Planning Hub in Poznań, ensuring the development and delivery of an integrated operational plan that optimizes the GSK network end to end.
This role will deliver on our SC ambition and enable profitable growth, by refreshing and reinforcing integrated & automated planning processes, implementing new tools and capabilities and build and strengthen a strong SC planning organization.
This role sets the vision for planning capability in the Hub, drives operational excellence, and partners with all stakeholders to embed standards, technology, data quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.
You will lead a team of planning managers and planners, elevate performance through your strong leadership and process governance, and ensure the planning organisation is equipped to meet both current and future business needs.
