Under the management of the Planning Manager, the Planning Lead manages a team with whom he will be responsible for developing short and medium-term plans for production facilities. With his team, they will ensure the availability of products serving our customer on time and in full at the lowest cost possible. Additionally, the Planning Lead will participate in key initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement.

,[Develop and maintain production plans across sites with optimal use of network, asset utilization, and maximized customer satisfaction., Generate reports to identify potential supply shortages and check capacity utilization., Collaborate closely with planning lead, to ensure synchronization of dependent requirements., Collaborate with remaining local planners in the network, to ensure consolidation of total requirements and consistency of the plans., Proactively identify and solve supply chain issues, potentially in collaboration with other planners (Supply planner)., Bring unsolvable issues to the relevant decision forum (as part of S&OE)., Follow-up on actions resulting from the S&OE meetings and ensure implementation of decisions impacting supply taken in the S&OE., Confirm availability for the sales orders based on the latest plan for the scope horizon., Get the production plan signed-off by the plants for the operational horizon., Monitor production plan and hand over the production plan on a weekly basis to the factories for schedule implementation., Measure attainment to plan and challenge Operations on their performance; Report structural deviations via S&OE., Ensure operational plan is in line with tactical guidance: shift regimes, volume allocation between sites, transfers and investment ramp-up., Drive regular reviews with local teams on planning parameters to model capacity: OEEs, rates, calendars and maintenance plan., Develop and implement strategies for optimizing distribution., Identify and coordinate the transfers of products between factories to solve capacity bottlenecks., Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics., Review and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost-efficiency., Establish and maintain relationships with production and distribution sites to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality., Contribute to the continuous improvement of the planning processes and tools (especially OMP).
