We are supporting our client Gap inşaat– one of the leading general contractors – in recruiting for the position of lead planning engineer to join a nationally strategic project: the construction of the FSRU terminal, one of the key energy investments in the region, to be built in Gdańsk.

What we expect

• a university degree in civil, marine, mechanical engineering or a related technical field

• several years of experience in EPC project planning (experience in the energy or industrial sector is a plus)

• proven experience working on multidisciplinary projects

• strong understanding of planning across engineering, procurement, and construction phases

• background in technically complex projects

• fluency in English, both written and spoken

Your tasks

• creating and overseeing the EPC project schedule

• integrating engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction timelines

• monitoring progress and analyzing critical paths

• supporting change management and time-related claims processes

• collaborating with project, technical, and construction teams

• reporting project status to senior engineering management
