Duties • Develop detailed project plans in cooperation with project managers and department managers, including agreed milestones, deliverables, and activities • Update project plans regularly, monitor scope changes, and analyze their impact • Prepare and conduct status meetings, follow up progress reports, and assist the Project Team in identifying risks and potential issues • Monitor resource load, hours usage, schedules, and overall project performance.
Required skills • Experience in planning, production monitoring, or equipment testing within the shipbuilding or related industry • Experience with planning systems such as Primavera P6 is an advantage • Educational background in an engineering-related discipline (BSc/MSc level) • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • English and Polish language - communicative level • Structured, accurate, and reliable • Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly • Comfortable working across multiple teams and maintaining strong internal relationships • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
