Planner (Investment Planning Specialist)
Location: Warsaw
Role description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with our organizational goals. Your role will involve utilizing Primavera P6 and to develop and maintain project schedules, analyzing the Critical Path Method (CPM), applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Analyze and manage critical project paths to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance using CPM and EVM methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide detailed progress reports and schedule forecasts to key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential, Microsoft Project welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience as a planner/scheduler or in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Spoken and written English and Polish is a must. Ability to communicate with international clients.
