Planista Produkcji / Production Planner

• Assist with all aspects of planning (reviewing sales orders, analyzing inventory availability issues and stock levels, scheduling the MOs in line with customers’ expectations and manufacturing capacity, raising any capacity issues to line manager, expediting MOs when required, lead time improvements).
• Assist with information for the Planning monthly reports, including KPIs agreed and performance against targets.
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse and production team to make sure orders are being prioritized.
• Liaise with Quality team to communicate priorities in packing.
• Update current order status in the capacity planner.
• Ensure drawing information is matching MO (manufacturing orders) paperwork.
• Make on the spot decisions while dealing with MO related issues (while also recognizing when to escalate).
• Operate autonomously on a day-to-day basis in line with business needs and demand management (while also recognizing when to escalate).
• Maintain all MO related data including accurate ship dates, statuses, and picklists.
• Proactively and willingly respond to and embrace change, along with daily interruptions to planned workload, including reprioritization of customer specific orders as required.
