Reporting to an Operations Manager or Team Leader, youll be instrumental in the successful, timely, and accurate delivery of all operational support activities within the Employee Share Plan lifecycle. You will leverage our proprietary web-based platform, EquatePlus, to provide administrative services and manage complex plan events. This is a dynamic role requiring strong operational discipline, cross-functional collaboration with teams globally (e.g., Switzerland & UK), and direct communication with corporate clients.

• Monitoring & Quality: Be responsible for the structured planning, execution, and close monitoring of processes to identify delivery issues and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting agreed SLAs.
