A role you will love
You will be responsible for plan management tasks in the compensation area including administration and maintenance of plan events and resulting transactions for Awards, Funds, Pensions, Purchase Plans, and Tax-at-Vest’s. A further task of the Global Plan Manager is the timing of processes, and the close observation thereof to identify delivery issues, problems, and drawing valid conclusions. In your role, you will also own and develop the standardized and tailor-made processes.
