PL: (Sr.) Project Manager (Log & Ind) - Warsaw

Our respected Client is a top commercial real estate investor and developer with a specific focus on warehousing and industrial assets. Due to its dynamic growth and ambitious plans for the Polish market, the Client is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Project Manager for its Warsaw office.

Main responsibilities (but not restricted to):

• Overseeing the entire investment process related to commercial real estate, starting from the conceptual phase of the project until the handover of the property for use.
• Responsible for obtaining necessary administrative decisions and approvals.
• Budgeting projects and monitoring project finances.
• Conducting analyzes of land purchases from a technical and planning perspective.
• Negotiating contracts for general contractors.
• Developing reports on ongoing activities.
• Ensuring qualitative, timely, and financial control of investments.
• Supervising construction progress according to established schedules.
• Providing comprehensive, legally compliant support throughout the investment process.
• Coordinating with external industry supervisors and other involved external services during the investment process.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including investors, clients, and government representatives.
• Supporting the tenant in the Fit Out phase, making sure that the final handover is smooth.

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling investments from the perspective of a developer, investor, or general contractor.
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with building and public procurement law.
• Excellent command of the English language, enabling the ability to conduct meetings with clients and hold discussions at construction sites.
• Team player, strong leadership, management and organizational skills,
• Valid drivers license (Category B).
• Construction license is an advantage, but not required.
