Main responsibilities:
- Support dealers and service providers by providing information and resolving parts concerns.
- Follow up on orders or backorders to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Take ownership of the order-to-cash process.
- Assist dealers on system operating questions, and interface with system developer.
- Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations.
- Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
- Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics.
- Handle order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries.
Main requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor level of working and thinking. Supply Chain/Business background.
- Client facing experience with highly customer oriented mindset, preferably in the automotive industry.
- High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Polish. Skills in Chinese language is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; advanced level of Excel would be a plus.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Willing to learn and open for new challenges.
