About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive performance in Poland and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on social media/influencer activity and performance
• Monitor and guide BYD Dealers on regional social media/influencer activity
• Track and analyze social media community sentiment
• Suggest and implement actionable improvements in posting and content strategies
• Develop high-ROI influencer project strategies
• Identify and engage the right influencers/partners to support local and global campaigns
• Build and manage an influencer & PR database
• Formalize, budget, and report on PR and social media projects
• Support daily PR operations and help organize media and influencer events

Expectations

• 4–5 years of experience in Social Media, PR, and/or Marketing
• Communicative and trend-savvy, with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Team player with a hands-on approach, able to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment
• Be ready to present ideas for ROI-driven activities relevant to BYD
• Strong organizational skills, knowledge how to prioritize work
