Residential Sales Manager / Residential Sales Specialist

Job Description
- Selling residential units at all stages of the development
- Presenting the property offer and conducting apartment showings
- Providing professional client service throughout the entire sales process (from initial contact through to final transaction and handover)
- Understanding client needs and tailoring offers accordingly
- Building positive and long‑term relationships with clients
- Negotiating the terms of developer agreements
- Actively monitoring the market for pricing and offer analysis
- Managing client data within the CRM system
- Cooperating with the marketing department on the effective execution of promotional campaigns
- Working efficiently under time pressure
- Demonstrating ambition and drive to achieve strong sales results
- Upholding and promoting the company’s positive image
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a residential real‑estate sales consultant (preferably in the primary market / developer sector)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Proactive and dynamic attitude combined with a strong sense of client responsibility
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to work
- Good command of English
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools
