Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of car models in the local market
- Analyzing the market, competition, technological, and regulatory trends
- Defining product specifications (versions, equipment, pricing, positioning)
- Collaborating with the manufacturers headquarters (HQ) on product development and localization
- Coordinating homologation processes and compliance with EU regulations
- Preparing and updating price lists, technical specifications, and product materials
- Supporting sales, marketing, and dealer network departments (training, product argumentation)
- Participating in planning market launches and new model introduction strategies
- Monitoring sales results and product profitability
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
- Minimum bachelor degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar product specialist role.
- Advanced proficiency in English; proficiency in Polish is essential.
- Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial functions.
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and pay attention to detail.
