About the Department:

We are looking for an electric car passionate to become our PR Specialist who is Polish and English speaker joining our BYD team based in Poland collaborating directly with BYD HQ. It is a very exciting time to join our team. The position will play an important role in supporting the growth of Passenger Car in the Polish market. The PR Specialist will report directly to PR Section Manager and collaborate with Polish PR team and PR Agency. Be responsible to build the brand communication for BYD in Poland by working closely together with the Senior Manager Public Relations and the BYD PR Team in Poland and in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Execution of the internal and external communication plan for BYD Manufacturing Site in Poland.
• Write, coordinate, and distribute press releases, implement activities, coordinate with PR managers and PR agency.
• Maintain good cooperative relationships with press, media, digital influencers, etc.
• Document PR communication resources and channels, develop media resources and ensure visibility of brand and product stories in close cooperation with PR Teams.
• Monitor publicity and conduct research.
• Actively engage and collaborate on any PR event or activity as needed.
• Cooperate with the companys project and promote PR events and content, analyze the effect of the activities, and integrate the information feedback into the activity process.
• Be a brand ambassador, a solid team player, and work always with the customer in mind.

• Execution of management metrics.
• Writing press releases, executing events.
• Monitoring stakeholder level.
• Monitoring media publicity level.

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, or commercial disciplines.
• Solid experience in the automotive industry or branded public relations field.
• 5+ years of experience in roles related to PR & communication management in the automotive business.
• Excellent digital tools knowledge.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open-minded.
• Results-oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, motivated to get results.
• Effective and eloquent communicator in Polish and English is mandatory.
