About Role
The Land Acquisition Specialist will play a central role in identifying, evaluating, and securing new investment land opportunities. Working directly with the Head of Land Department and collaborating with planning and analysis teams, the person will drive transactions from first owner contact through to deal completion. The position offers a mix of analytical, commercial, and fieldwork activities, ideal for a professional who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and visible business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advisory to clients and investors on land potential, value, and best-use strategies.
- Actively source and acquire investment land across Poland (residential, logistics, data center, and renewable energy).
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, developers, and investors.
- Assess land potential – zoning, utilities, infrastructure, accessibility, planning conditions.
- Prepare investment offers and marketing materials with internal design and planning teams.
- Support commercial negotiations, documentation, and due diligence processes.
- Track market trends and local planning developments to identify new investment areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate (land acquisition, development, or investment).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – confident in both field and office settings.
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of planning and legal aspects of land.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and persistent in achieving targets.
- University degree in real estate, economics, urban planning, or a related field (preferred).
- Communicative level of English.
- Readiness for travel and on-site work.
