About the role:

We are currently seeking an IT Operation & Maintenance Engineer to join our team based in BYD Poland. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of BYD Europe and providing system support services & administration for the companys computer systems and software.

As an IT Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Prepare laptops for employees and resolve desk-related issues.
• Construct and maintain network projects.
• Manage office IT solutions.
• Coordinate with HQ IT for testing and implementation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.
• Perform other related activities and assignments as needed.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related IT field.
• At least 1 year of IT support experience.
• Fluent in English.
• CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Chinese language skills are beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
