Job Description
Important: Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is Mandatory.
We are looking for a semisenior Business Analyst to join our team in one of the biggest clients in the banking and financial industry.
Experience
- Essential: 3‑5 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.
- Nice to have: Experience in TDD/BDD practices.
Education
Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Essential:
- Agile Methodologies.
- User level knowledge JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management) and Microsoft Teams tools.
- Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and result‑oriented.
- Good change management.
- Leadership skills.
- Other languages would be a plus.
- Supply chain finance products (e.g., Confirming) would be a plus.
- Payment methods and accounting knowledge would be a plus.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium).
